Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 chicken legs with thigh

Method

  • Mix canola oil, paprika, chili powder, dried cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl large enough to accommodate 6 chicken legs.
  • Add Chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Spread chicken evenly, after refrigerating, on a baking sheet with no pam or oil, the chicken has enough.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
