Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 chicken legs with thigh
Method
- Mix canola oil, paprika, chili powder, dried cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl large enough to accommodate 6 chicken legs.
- Add Chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Spread chicken evenly, after refrigerating, on a baking sheet with no pam or oil, the chicken has enough.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
