Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese, Romano, and asiago cheese mix
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar alfredo sauce (recommend Bertolli)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 10 ounces spinach
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • Mix together cheeses, Alfredo sauce, garlic, and pepper.
  • Thaw and squeeze water from spinach, chop and add to the mix.
  • Drain artichokes, chop to your preference, and add to mix.
  • Stir together, spoon into a casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle top with mozzarella.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the edges on top are turning light brown.
  • Let cool and serve with chips.
