Ingredients

  • 250 grams Minced Pork
  • 1 cup Holy basil leaves
  • 3 clove Chopped Garlic
  • 1 as needed Thai Chili
  • 1 medium Sliced Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 as needed Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil

Method

  • Heat the pan on medium.
  • Add cooking oil and chopped garlic.
  • Stir fried until garlic smell.
  • Add minced pork , soy sauce , sugar , pepper.
  • Stir-fried until minced pork done.
  • Add Thai chili , onions , carrots or any vegetable that you like.
  • Stir fried until all well cooked.
  • Add oyster sauce and holy basil.
  • Stir quickly and turn off the stove.
  • Ready to serve with some rice.
