Ingredients
- 250 grams Minced Pork
- 1 cup Holy basil leaves
- 3 clove Chopped Garlic
- 1 as needed Thai Chili
- 1 medium Sliced Onions
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 as needed Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Method
- Heat the pan on medium.
- Add cooking oil and chopped garlic.
- Stir fried until garlic smell.
- Add minced pork , soy sauce , sugar , pepper.
- Stir-fried until minced pork done.
- Add Thai chili , onions , carrots or any vegetable that you like.
- Stir fried until all well cooked.
- Add oyster sauce and holy basil.
- Stir quickly and turn off the stove.
- Ready to serve with some rice.
