Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. quick cooking rice
- 1 envelope instant creamy chicken soup
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- parsley (optional)
Method
- In 3-quart casserole, combine water, uncooked rice, soup mix and onion.
- Put in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Stir before serving.
