Ingredients
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Combine butter, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat well.
- Add eggs; beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes.
