- 2 cans bean dip
- 3 mashed avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. real mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 bunches green onions
- 3 to 5 tomatoes
- 7 oz. chopped black olives
- 8 oz. mild shredded Cheddar
Method
- Spread beans on 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread on beans.
- Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
- Spread on avocado.
- Layer each of remaining ingredients.
- Serve with nacho chips.
- Chill.
