Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Drain peas.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix. Let refrigerate for at least 2 days to blend flavors.
- Drain to serve.
