Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/3 c. club soda
Method
- Preheat griddle or heavy skillet.
- Use 1/4 measuring cup for regular size pancakes.
- Use a tablespoon for dollar size pancakes. When bubbly and a little dry around the edge, turn over and brown other side.
- Serve hot, with butter and syrup.
- Cook any unused batter.
- Freeze pancakes and just reheat.
- They are like fresh ones.
