Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each: melted butter and all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 green or red peppers, sliced and sauteed
Method
- WHISK butter, flour and milk in a microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH power for 6 minutes or until bubbling; stirring 2 or 3 times until smooth.
- ADD cheese and stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
- Combine mixture with macaroni.
- Spoon into a greased baking dish.
- Top with peppers.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
