Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus trimmed
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey.
- Toss asparagus spears with dressing and roast for 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Toss with cheese.
