Ingredients

  • 12 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
  • 14 cup corn
  • 14 cup peas
  • 14 cup cut mushroom
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 18 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 18 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 18 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method

  • Cook the rice.
  • Place the tuna into a frying pan and add the onion powder and the garlic powder and mix.
  • Pour the Sweet n' Sour sauce, the Soy sauce, and the Teriyaki sauce onto the tuna and mix.
  • Put the vegetables on top of the tuna (or mix).
  • Heat up the tuna/vegetable mix and sautee for a few minutes.
  • Serve the tuna over the rice (or mix).
  • You can use other vegetables or other spices if desired.
