Ingredients
- 12 cup uncooked rice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 14 cup corn
- 14 cup peas
- 14 cup cut mushroom
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 18 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 18 cup teriyaki sauce
- 18 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Method
- Cook the rice.
- Place the tuna into a frying pan and add the onion powder and the garlic powder and mix.
- Pour the Sweet n' Sour sauce, the Soy sauce, and the Teriyaki sauce onto the tuna and mix.
- Put the vegetables on top of the tuna (or mix).
- Heat up the tuna/vegetable mix and sautee for a few minutes.
- Serve the tuna over the rice (or mix).
- You can use other vegetables or other spices if desired.
