Ingredients
- 1 gal. chopped cabbage
- 12 onions, chopped
- 12 bell peppers, chopped
- hot pepper to taste
- 2 qt. green tomatoes, chopped
- 5 c. sugar
- 1/2 gal. vinegar
- pickling spice, tied in a cloth
Method
- Cook vinegar, sugar and spices 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes.
- Put in hot, clean jars and seal.
