Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dry ginger
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
- Use 1/4-inch strips of beef or chunks of chicken.
- For kabobs, use meat, mushrooms, peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
- Broil 12 minutes, turning frequently. Baste with marinade.
