- 1 (1/2 lb.) flank steak
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove crushed garlic
Method
- Trim excess fat; place steak in a shallow container.
- Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well; pour marinade over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, basting often with marinade.
