Ingredients
- 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Coat skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken pieces and cook thoroughly.
- Add teriyaki sauce, onions, and peppers.
- Cover and cook on low-medium 5-10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water, and stir thoroughly. Add to chicken in skillet, and simmer on medium 10 minutes, or until sauce is thickened.
- Serve over cooked white rice.
