- 3/4 lb. flank steak
- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
Method
- Trim fat from beef.
- Cut into strips.
- Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan.
- Add steak to marinade; turn to coat.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.
