Ingredients
- 3 sqs. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Heat chocolate and butter in the water over low heat, stirring to blend.
- Combine sugar and salt in mixing bowl.
- Gradually add in chocolate mix, blending well.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Makes about 3/4 c. glaze or possibly sufficient to top 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake or possibly 9 or possibly 10 inch tube cake, 8 or possibly 9 inch layer cake or possibly an 8 inch square cake.
