Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 14 ounces, weight Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 3-1/2 ounces, weight Tea Biscuit Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 395°F.
  • Over medium heat, in a saucepan, melt butter. Set aside.
  • Once the melted butter has cooled, combine with sweetened condensed milk. Add tea biscuit crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until all is combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl (8" diameter) or into ramekins (2 1/2" diameter). Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
