- 1 lb. cubed beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp.salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1/2 c. crumbled American cheese
Method
- Cook stew meat until tender.
- Drain off 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth and add the Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
- Add the meat and rice and turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
