Ingredients

  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
  • honey

Method

  • Place the sausages into a greased oven proof dish and bake in a preheated oven 375F for 20-25 mins until they are cooked through and starting to brown.
  • Meanwhile, crumble a beef bouillon cube into the mustard and mix in enough honey to make the mixture runny.
  • Drizzle or brush the mixture over the cooked sausages and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes until they are golden.
