Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3 tbsp. minced pimento (opt.)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. white sauce (recipe below)
Method
- Heat butter in skillet; add in mushroom soup and green pepper and saute/fry over medium heat 10 min, stirring occasionally.
