Ingredients
- 1 pound Pasta (choose Your Favorite Shape)
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Medium Salsa
- 1 cup Mexican Blend Cheese
Method
- Put pasta on to boil according to al dente instructions.
- (I recommend using a smaller shape rotini, bowtie, farfalle, etc.
- ).
- While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef.
- When beef is browned, add the taco seasoning and prepare according to instructions on package.
- When the pasta is done, drain and return to pot.
- Add taco meat, salsa and cheese to the pasta and stir to combine.
- Feel free to use mild or hot salsa if youd like!
- I recommend using your favorite salsa, but if you dont have one, try Pace if your grocery store has it!
