Ingredients
- 1/2 small head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Grate cabbage, cut into thin strips or chop finely.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, dill and parsley. Blend together the sour cream and lemon juice.
- Pour over cabbage.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well. Serves 3.
