Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly like coarse meal. Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix well and form into 3 balls. Chill in the refrigerator. Makes 3 crusts. May be frozen.
