- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 medium, chopped bell peppers
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed nacho-cheese soup
- 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans sliced pitted olives, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mild chunky salsa
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Method
- Cook beef in a large skillet; add bell peppers and onion. Drain.
- Stir in soup, sliced olives, salsa and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
