Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. dry cornmeal
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 2 to 3 c. diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 2 c. frozen corn
- 1 (5 to 6 oz.) can olives
Method
- Cook onion in a small amount of olive oil or water.
- Mix to all ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or in microwave on High until done.
