Ingredients
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Pour marshmallow cream into mixing bowl.
- In heavy saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, then cook at medium heat until soft ball stage.
- Pour mixture into marshmallow cream slowly while stirring.
- Beat by hand until candy forms peaks.
- Add pecans and spoon out on waxed paper.
