Ingredients
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 large can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. unpeeled apples, cut in small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts
Method
- Mix marshmallows and pineapple.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In saucepan, mix juice, sugar, egg, flour and vinegar. Boil until thick and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, combine the two mixtures and add apples, nuts and Cool Whip.
