Ingredients

  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. unpeeled apples, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts

Method

  • Mix marshmallows and pineapple.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In saucepan, mix juice, sugar, egg, flour and vinegar. Boil until thick and refrigerate overnight.
  • Next day, combine the two mixtures and add apples, nuts and Cool Whip.
