Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • corn chips
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Spray pie pan with nonstick spray.
  • Preheat oven to temperature on crescent roll can.
  • Brown ground beef, drain.
  • Add seasoning and the suggested amount of water on package.
  • Let simmer while making a crust out of the crescent rolls.
  • Put a layer of crushed corn chips on top of crust, then place seasoned meat on top of chips. Put a layer of refried beans on top of meat, then a layer of sour cream.
  • Put another layer of crushed corn chips and then the cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes until crust is brown.
  • Serve with salsa.
