Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. Durkee French onions
Method
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup French fried onions.
- Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
- Top with cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
- Makes 6 servings.
