Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. Durkee French onions

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup French fried onions.
  • Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  • Top with cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
  • Makes 6 servings.
