Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 9 oz. cans of bean dip
  • 1 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 3 oz. cans chopped black olives, drained
  • 2 c. shredded Mexican Cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Spread bean dip on large platter, sprinkle with ground beef. Spread with mixture of sour cream and seasoning mix, sprinkle tomatoes, green onions, black olives and cheese over the top. Serve with tortilla chips.
