- 1 chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (11 oz.) pkg. taco chips
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. chicken broth
Method
- Cook chicken.
- Take off bones.
- Line baking pan with chips. Layer ingredients:
- chicken, sauce, soup, onion, salt and pepper (keep some chips to put on top).
- Pour broth on chips. Put grated cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
