Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (11 oz.) pkg. taco chips
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Cook chicken.
  • Take off bones.
  • Line baking pan with chips. Layer ingredients:
  • chicken, sauce, soup, onion, salt and pepper (keep some chips to put on top).
  • Pour broth on chips. Put grated cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
