Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 4 pita breads
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
Method
- Mix ground meat and salsa. Shape into 4 burgers. Broil 4-inches from heat until well done, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes. Place burgers in pita pockets. Add sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
