Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. taboli wheat, rinsed
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Chop all vegetables fine.
- Add the oil, lemon juice and salt. Mix and let set 2 hours.
