Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small garlic
- 1/2 green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced celery
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- parsley
Method
- Cut meat in small cubes.
- Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Roll meat in flour mix.
- Add few pieces to remaining ingredients, except parsley.
- Bring liquid to boil, then simmer meat and mix together for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
