Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground steak
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- garlic salt (if desired)
Method
- Cut round steak into bite size pieces.
- Chop onion and bell pepper.
- Combine and brown in frying pan.
- Add garlic salt, if desired.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
