Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries
  • 9/16 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 1/8 cups mascarpone
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 4 nectarines
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • mint leaves

Method

  • Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius.
  • Rinse and hull the strawberries. Place them in the bowl of a food processor. Mix them with 100 grams of sugar, rose water, and mascarpone.
  • Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick it with a fork.
  • Spread the strawberry cream over the dough, leaving a border of 1 centimeter.
  • Rinse the nectarines and dry them with paper towel.
  • Cut them in half, remove the pit, and cut into slices. Place the slices over the dough.
  • Add the blueberries.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Before serving, add small mint leaves.
