Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef flank steak
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
Method
- Trim excess fat from beef. Cut beef with grain into 2-inch strips. Cut strips across grain into 1/8-inch slices.
