Ingredients
- 6 c. sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. sliced green peppers
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. canning salt
Method
- Mix sugar, white vinegar and canning salt until dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Put in refrigerator. Will keep up to 6 weeks in a covered container in the refrigerator.
- These may also be frozen in small containers after about a week.
- They are crispy when thawed out.
