Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
- 1 (15 oz.) can red beans
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook sugar, vinegar, flour and mustard until thick.
- Cool. Drain vegetables and beans.
- Add the chopped vegetables.
- Pour the cooked dressing over all and mix.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Will keep for 1 week when refrigerated.
