Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, minced
Method
- In a saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, flour, red pepper and salt.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in scallion and coriander.
