Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger (makes 25 to 30 balls)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix meat, egg, crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Form balls and brown in skillet.
- Slowly heat sauce with sugar and vinegar.
- Place balls in sauce.
- Cook for 1 hour.
