Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 green peppers, quartered and peeled
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 carrot, cut into small wedges, boil 8 minutes
- 2 slices pineapple
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Make meatballs and put them in the oven until brown at approximately 350°.
- Put oil in a frying pan and deep fry onion and peppers.
- Put meatballs in a big pan and mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water and cook in pan until thick.
