Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 green peppers, quartered and peeled
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot, cut into small wedges, boil 8 minutes
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Method

  • Make meatballs and put them in the oven until brown at approximately 350°.
  • Put oil in a frying pan and deep fry onion and peppers.
  • Put meatballs in a big pan and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water and cook in pan until thick.
