Ingredients
- 3 c. walnut or pecan halves
- 2 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Toast the walnuts or pecan halves. Spread the nuts in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Toast nuts in a 350° oven about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
