Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- salt and pepper
Method
- Shape the first 5 ingredients into small balls.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
- Combine soup and water; add to meat balls.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Good served over rice.
