Ingredients

  • Honey Simple Syrup:
  • 1/4 cup clover honey
  • Cocktail
  • 3 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 3 oz blue plum brandy (from Oregon Clear Creek Distillery)
  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • 4 small sprigs rosemary

Method

  • Honey Simple Syrup:
  • Dissolve honey in 1/3 cup hot water. Chill syrup until cold. Can be made 1 month ahead. Keep covered & chilled.
  • Cocktail:
  • For each cocktail, combine 3/4 oz honey syrup, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz Grand Marnier, 3/4 oz plum brandy, and 1/2 oz gin in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake unitl frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry skewered on a rosemary sprig.
