Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Italian green beans
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Method
- Oil pan and add onion, garlic and beans.
- Dissolve the tomato paste in water and add seasonings, herbs and a dash of sugar. Pour over the beans and cook for 15 minutes.
