Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 large can water
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown meat with onion, garlic and Italian seasoning, then add tomato paste, tomatoes, water and soup.
  • Let simmer at least 1 hour.
  • While simmering, shred frozen cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook noodles according to directions on box.
  • When sauce is done, layer with noodles, sauce and each cheese until gone. Use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
