Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1/2 larger pkg.
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. finely grated orange rind
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat.
  • Add milk and marshmallows.
  • Cook and stir until melted.
  • Pour over peanuts.
  • Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Cut into bars.
