Ingredients
- leftover pasta, most any kind made with tomato sauce
- good quality extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Put a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan, add the pasta, then drizzle a little more oil on top. Cook over medium high heat, not turning too frequently, allowing the pasta to become crispy, before turning each time. Pasta will become hot and crispy; cook longer for a more crispy pasta.
